DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Specialist is a key member of the ASUS Canada marketing team, working crossfunctionally to build and market the ASUS and Republic of Gamers (ROG) brands to consumers. The Marketing Specialist will leverage ASUS' position as a leader in various tech categories to work with the media influencers, and partners to help firmly establish ASUS and ROG as the best in class.

The Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager and will serve a duo role - press relations and sponsorships & events. He/she is responsible for coordinating activities with key media and the PR agency, helping with execution of product launches, overseeing consumer & media events, managing end-to-end activities with influencers, and PC gaming events and sponsorships. The ideal candidate is a driven marketing professional with a track record of generating earned media to win consumer mind share, building success in gaming through experiential marketing and sponsorship, and forging key relationships with media partners.
