Job Title: Full-Stack Developer

ASUS, a global technology leader, is currently seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our Marketing team. The candidate must have a passion for clean-coding and architecting high-functioning, scalable, full-stack solutions for web and mobile applications. This position would focus on front-end design and functionality for consumer websites. However, the candidate must also have strong foundational backend knowledge to create high-quality, stable and secure solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration.

This position will be working within the Marketing team to create microsites, build UI elements, and manage existing sites. Their input will be a crucial part of the final product, providing insight on how to make our online experiences better. In between projects we want to hear about ways we can improve our sites and development process, and act on those ideas.

• Solid web development experience using Javascript, and JQuery
• HTML5, SCSS/LESS/CSS, Bootstrap, and other reusable component libraries/plug-ins
• Proven proficiency in developing using client side frameworks such as Angular
• Preprocessors and other front-end tools Node.js (NPM), SASS, Grunt/Gulp, Web Pack
• UX/Responsive Web Design (RWD) patterns on different screen resolutions/devices/browsers
• Understanding of RESTful API design
• .Net Framework / Net Core and Entity Framework development
• Visual Studio 2013/2015 as development tools
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Strong data modeling and database experience
• Knowledge of SQL preferably MSSQL
• Experience with modern ORM frameworks
• WordPress experience developing custom functionality, plugins, and themes
• Experience with implementing customized web tracking using Google Analytics and ongoing management of site performance
• Adobe CS software, particularly Photoshop
• Must be able to articulate and execute innovative features in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional team setting
• Ability to work with outside agencies, and manage multiple projects
