By participating in the sweepstakes, all contestants recognize that the rules of this contest are binding. All entries become the property of ASUS Computer International. No purchase is necessary
This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and the laws of United States and Canada applicable therein. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
ASUS reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from the contest, and to ban that individual from any future promotion of ASUS, if ASUS finds or believes such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or where applicable, the contest website; to be acting in violation of the contest rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass ASUS, ASUS’ agencies, other entrants or any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ASUS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Prize claimant must be a resident of USA or Canada. To be eligible to claim a prize, a person must be a resident of USA or Canada who has reached the age of majority in the state or province in which he/she resides. In the event a person under the age of majority wins, they are permitted to transfer the PRIZE to their parent or legal guardian, who will then be the eligible entrant.
Only one entry is allowed per person. Anyone submitting multiple entries may be disqualified.
FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS ONLY Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
All winners must reply to a prize announcement e-mail message, and they will receive a prize claim form, which must be emailed back to us. All winners must answer a skill testing question.
Employees of, members of the immediate family of, or those domiciled with an employee of ASUS Computer International and affiliated or related companies (collectively "Contest Sponsor"), employees who are providing services in any way to the ASUS Computer International are not eligible for this sweepstakes. "Immediate family" is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse.
Prizes will be shipped by ASUS free of charge, using the carrier and method at our discretion.
Prizes NOT claimed in 30 days from the last attempted contact with the prize winner, will be redrawn to another contestant, or reclaimed by ASUS for alternative promotional purpose.
