The Information Technology (IT) Support Technician is responsible for providing technical solutions and support for any computer software and hardware and all other technical related issues to both internal and external customers. Effectively maintain excellent customer service, be flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-pace, multi-tasking, and ever-changing work environment.
