Primary responsibilities include order processing, inventory management, logistics planning and customer service in support of North American Retail customers. Assists in related projects to support the Retail Sales Team.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include the following:

  • Manages a team of Sales Operations Associates
  • Ensures timely and accurate input of customer orders
  • Works closely with freight forwarder, broker and 3PL to coordinate import and export shipments
  • Interacts with 3PL to ensure accurate and timely domestic shipments
  • Follows up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitors product returns correspondence with RMA Department
  • Works with accounting department on credit entries, disputes, and pending returns reporting
  • Maintains and implements customer issue resolution
  • Establishes and maintains product sunset dates in accordance with current Return Policy
  • Maintains continuous process improvements working with internal and external customers
  • Coordinates customer pricing with company headquarters in Taiwan

    Performs any directly related appropriate duties assigned by the Vice President of Retail and Drector of Retail Operations.

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree and 2+ years or relevant business experience in supporting Sales Operations and Operations preferably in high-tech industry.

  • Attention to detail is a high priority- must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency commensurate with the needs of the sales department
  • A solid understanding or procurement and sales processes, product, and services
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision



  • Language Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports, and data
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin is a plus



  • Computer Skills

  • Experienced knowledge of personal computer with mastered skills in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Proficiency with database applications and presentation software applications such as PowerPoint are also required
  • Knowledge and experience in downloading data from mainframe to PC applications
  • Ability to write Ad Hoc query reports



  • Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret a variety of financial, legal, and technical information
