JOB TITLE: Inside Salesperson
Location: Montreal Office, QC
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage international orders and shipments
- Coordinate with customers, forwarders, outside sales teams, and internal teams for all order & shipment related matters
- Analyst new order status and AR statement to arrange shipment and invoicing
- Analyst AR statement and inventory report to encourage customer to make payment
- Coordinate with Asia vendor and forwarder to make sure the international shipment is smoothly and will be arrived as scheduled
- Coordinate with outside sales team and Asia vendors to make sure we offer at right price of product for customers so they can move product in local market as we plan
- Monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor customer inventory report to make sure outside sale can support customer at right price at the right timing
- To analyze, verify and process credit notes between customer and vendors
Knowledge and Skills:
- Work experience in computer-related industry
- Typically works in an office environment
- Have work experience with Outlook, MS Office, mainly Excel
- Experience processing international orders and shipments
- Ability to analyze order/shipment reports
- Ability to analyze inventory reports and sell-out reports
- Ability to solve logistic problems and local customs items
- Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
- Well-organized, effective and detail oriented
- Works well individually and with team members
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills
- Written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
