JOB TITLE: Senior Accountant - Job# 18

Job Overview: Manage full cycle accounting process including A/P, A/R, Inventory/Cost, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and Payroll.

Qualification:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• CPA or MBA is preferred but not required
• Minimum 5 year experience in Accounting and Finance
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skill is a must
• Excellent Technical, Analytical and Communication skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Bilingual (English and Chinese-mandarin) is plus

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Manage daily A/P, A/R, inventory transactions
• Responsible for month-end closing process and prepare financial reports
• Knowledge of Government tax filing and payment remittance
• Assure all journal entries are completed on a timely basis
• Assure all account reconciliations are meaningful and completed on a timely basis
