SUMMARY
Initiates, coordinates, and executes sales support
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answers and handles telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy; arranges conference calls.
- Exercises considerable judgment and discretion in handling sales related inquiries.
- Distributes daily internal/external mail and overnight packages; sends and distributes faxes and sales literature.
- Coordinates trade show and other event participation as required.
- Assists with development of sales incentive contests including but not limited to developing materials and announcements, obtaining and reporting results, and purchasing and distributing prizes.
- Manages assembly and distribution of sales packets as part of follow-up to specific sales calls, either in response to cold calls or at the direction of the sales representative.
- Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for clients and prospects.
- Responsible for selecting & supporting sales demonstration tools and applications.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations in person and via web demo in a professional and effective manner.
- Meets and greets visitors.
- Coordinates travel arrangements; completes expense reports and processes invoices; ensures that correct account codes are used and required signatures obtained.
- Creates and edits reports and slide presentations using Word and PowerPoint respectively.
- Coordinates meetings including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, reserving and preparing facilities, and recording and transcribing meeting minutes.
- Orders and maintains supplies; coordinates equipment maintenance.
- Assists in development and implementation of department systems and procedures as needed.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Frequent client visits are required.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned by sales representatives and/or supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, one to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
